I am a research associate at the Department of Sport, Exercise and Health at the University of Basel. Since completing my Master’s degree in 2022, I have been working in the Sportcheck and now! projects, which focus on monitoring and promoting physical activity and fitness in children and adolescents – especially those with reduced motor competence or physical limitations.
My goal is to develop, implement, and further refine evidence-based, practice-oriented physical activity interventions. At the core of my work is the aim to foster enjoyment of movement, physical fitness, and self-efficacy in both school and everyday life settings.
My research interests include applied intervention research, health promotion, and the design of accessible, needs-based exercise programs for young people.
